This unit is a good value. It is walking distance to Warm Springs lift and has access to a nice hot tub. The unit itself is dated but comfortable so no complaints! Appliances are on the older side too including the toaster oven that had a plug that became very hot when used. An easy item to replace but should be done soon for safety reasons. All in all we enjoyed the unit (and the huge moose head that hangs above the kitchen table!)

Cozy and Convenient
We appreciated the decor and the relaxed comfort after a day on the slopes. Short walk to the lifts. Would definitely come back!
Convenient and cost effective
easy walking distance to a main lift. No designated parking, which was a little tenuous but there was enough random parking in the lot.
The plumbing in the property is antiquated and confusing (knobs turn opposite of typical, different directions, or spin vs close and stop). Over all a "cost conscious" condo.
Great location, but some maintenance needed.
It’s all about location! Great location to ski out of. It’s a cozy place. We had issues with the refrigerator making loud noises. We aren’t entirely sure if the smoke detectors were working. Not all of the lights worked. The TV didn’t work one night. The hot tub was too cold to use. The electrical outlets need to be replaced. They are very loose. The list said slow cooker was available for use. No slow cooker. I have groceries I was unable to use due to this. These issues wouldn’t prevent us from staying again. We love the location.

Maintenance has addressed most of the issues, and an electrician will be taking care of the lights. We have suggested a new TV to the owner, but we do not have any current plans on that front. We reached out to the association regarding the hot tubs, and they said all four on-site are working. Thank you!
