About this property

apartment with panoramic terrace and direct sea view:
all new, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen with microwave oven, air conditioning, lcd satellite TV, free internet, terrace with chairs and table for 4 people, barbecue and umbrellas .
Free parking, washing machine in the garage.
In the garden, sunbeds, barbecue, outdoor shower, direct access to the sea.

The house has a very quiet location, has a terraced garden with many sunbeds, a shower and a barbecue with a large table where you can sit and eat together. There are no roads between the house and the sea, you can swim in front of the house on the bottom in there are pebbles. Komarna has 3 pebble beaches, the first is 80 meters from our villa.
All the beaches are suitable for children, in the main beach in the bay you can rent sunbeds, canoes and pedal boats, jet skis. Not far from the villa there is a playground for children, a basketball court and a soccer field.

I was born in these seaside areas in Opuzen, I fell in love with Komarna and this house as soon as I saw it for its unique location and this
large terraced garden that descends towards the sea. All our guests regenerate in direct contact with the sea and nature in complete relaxation.

Why they chose this property

I decided to rent this house because I want to let my guests know the beauties of the southern Dalmatia, the delta of the Neretva and then for the proximity to Dubrovnik, an advantage for those who wants to take day trips combined with days of total relaxation, good food and lots of sea.

What makes this property unique

Undoubtedly the garden terrace with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas places even in the shade of our olive and fig trees,
then the barbecue area with a large table for your outdoor evenings where you can enjoy in romantic sunsets.
