This seaside Villa is set on the hillside in Zavala and has a spectacular view! It is a perfect for family getaways or groups of friends looking for large and comfortable accommodation.

This beautiful Villa is built from 3 existing old stone houses. Everything about this property is unique. The separate en-suite guesthouse has a unique shower with exposed stone from the hillside. The spacious dressing area opens to an outdoor gazebo area with a view that can hardly be described. The entire Villa is furnished in a very elegant style to reflect comfort and luxury. The outside features a terrace with a pool and sunbeds and the entire area is set on a 600m2 area that gives even large groups plenty of space.

Guests can use all of the amenities provided on site.

The beaches in Zavala are the cleanest and best on the entire island. In Zavala, other then great beaches, you also have a market, seaside cafes, restaurants and a cocktail bar by the sea. The Villa is about 5-10 min walking distance from the nearest beach.

Zavala is a small village on the island of hvar. During the summer months it's beauty attracts tourist from all over the world. This Village is normally very quite and peaceful but on certain occasions is know to host events such a beach parties and fisherman's evenings

A private car is highly necessary.

Luxury Villa Old Tree in Zavala
This villa is set in a lovely location with wonderful views across the sea to neighbouring islands of Scedro and Korcula. A lovely quiet location with fantastic restaurant Davor just down the road with the best food that we had on the island during our 10 day stay. The buzz of Hvar main town is 40 minute drive away. But nearby towns of Vrboska, Jelsa and Stari Grad are beautiful as is much of the island. We loved our time here. Only negative were the wasps that in the heat of the day would constantly land in the swimming pool to have a good drink!

Beautiful house with a superb view
A beautiful old stone house with a perfect with from the many terraces of the Adriatic sea and the neighbouring islands. Nice beaches within walking distance. Max was a perfect host who solved any issues in no time. Highly recommended. Sune, family and friends.

Amazing house for family vacation
We stayed here for a week in June, would highly recommend this property to anyone. Spacious rooms, beautifull view on sea and surrounding islands. During our stay we spent most of the time in the outside area where we prepared our meals in BBQ and then went for cool down in pool. This place is perfect because it is in quite part of Island and we had only 5 minutes to get to pebble stone beach where the kids realy enjoyed. We would like to come back here once again.

This is a truly special house! Best views ever,
This villa is amazing. Beautifully furnished. Great restaurants nearby (we were amazed hie good the local cuisine is now since first visit to Croatia in 2008) near enough to Hvar town for an easy day trip yet quietly nestling into the hillside. Jelsa and other local towns are gems though too. We can't wait to go back to this very special place!
