Terraced house with a living area of 50 sqm.
Key collection is by appointment only. We must contact us at least 48 hours before your arrival to set a time, without appointment or in case of delay, we welcome you according to our availability.
Departure before 10 am - Arrival time from 14h maximum 21h
Cleaning must be done before your departure, the house must be made clean and tidy the same as your arrival. If you wish to take the cleaning option: 35 € to be paid on the spot at your arrival.
In case the cleaning is not done, the cleaning option will be deducted from the deposit.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rental.
If you wish we rent a linen package, including, fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases, towels and tea towels.
If you wish to take the linen hire option, the price is € 15 per bed, it must be paid locally on arrival.
Please specify your needs when booking.
Beds: 1 of 160 x 200 and 1 of 140 x 200. Of course and planned in the house, duvets and pillows are at your disposal.

From October to April, electricity consumption is extra.

Sea and beach 100 meters. Beautiful walks to do on the dike.
Supermarket at 5 min by car OUISTREHAM at 1 km (possibility to walk by the dyke or bike by bike path along the beach) CAEN 15 km DEAUVILLE 35 km ARROMANCHE 30 km Hillman site 5 minutes walk from a super Simply Market market.
Horse riding club in Ouistreham Sailing club at 50m Bike path starting at 50m Thalasso therapy, restaurants, casino and cinema at 5min.
In July-August, we only rent from Saturday to Saturday.

Sejour colleville normandie

Hébergement de tres bonne qualité, très propre et très bien situé. Des propriétaires tres sympas. Seul bemol la météo mais c est faute a pas de chance !. Du coup beaucoup de visite et quasi pas de plage. Un très bon souvenir, nous reviendrons.
