On the ground floor, facing south, this bright apartment includes a terrace with garden furniture, in front of the slopes! These are easily accessible by car or by free shuttle in 5-10 minutes, which passes at the foot of the building! The apartment has an outdoor parking.

Completely renovated recently, it includes:
- a living room with a convertible sofa and open equipped kitchen: oven,
Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge ...
- a separate bedroom with 1 sofa bed and 2 bunk beds,
- a bathroom with washbasin, shower, washing machine and table in Langer,
- separate toilets.

The town of Praz-sur-Arly is located just outside Megève. It has all the conveniences and trade. The ski area is part of Espace Diamant: connections with the cities of Flumet and Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, up to 100 km of slopes!

Super séjour face à la montagne

Une vue splendide pour cet appartement très bien équipé où rien ne manque. Beaucoup de choses à voir malgré la fermeture des stations si on aime la marche. J'ai louée une voiture à un particulier. La région est magnifique, l'Italie et la Suisse ne sont pas très loin non plus. Bref un séjour à renouveler en été. Très satisfaite
