About this property

Our 3 double bedroom Villa comes with FREE Wi-Fi, UK Freeview tv channels including BBC & ITV, a Wii console, i-Pod docking station and is perfect for families who want to holiday with doting Grandparents.

In addition, for extra peace of mind, our property managers are on site 24/7 at San Jacinto and are located just a few yards away.

A large downstairs double bedroom has en-suite facilities.

The rest of the ground floor offers very easy access to the balcony and sunken landscaped swimming pool area.

The upstairs area has two double bedrooms (both with large built in wardrobes), 1 family bathroom and a small balcony with stunning sea views across Costa Teguise.

As well as FREE Wi-Fi and UK Freeview, the property also has a DVD player (for that all essential kids quiet time) and a full kitchen with integrated appliances as standard within our rental pricing.

A small collection of beach and swimming pool toys are available for our guests to use.

Two parking places are provided immediately next to the property making unloading easy.

The property is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults and a baby cot is included in the price, but it's advisable to bring your own baby sheets for comfort and convenience.

There is enough space to accommodate larger parties up to 10 persons using camp beds, which costs an extra £75 per person per week.

We also have a neighbour immediately next door with a smaller 2 bed apartment which can sleep a further 4 adults (subject to availability).

A maid service can be provided at extra nominal cost and our property manager lives on the complex so is available easily should anything go wrong, or if you simply need a little advice.

We have enjoyed over a decade of fabulous family holidays at this property and now we would love to share our experience and wonderful holiday home with you.

Fab apartment. Great location.

First, I have to say that Darren is really quick and very easy to communicate with. Both before and during holiday. He is also really helpful in advising stuff about holiday. Second, Michelle who is the local contact is phenomenal and again, so very helpful. Both go above and beyond to me. Apartment may need a bit of updating decor wise but with 3 lovely double bedrooms, fantastic views and brilliant location - it truly is somewhere we would stay again. The one downside is that the owner is waiting for a replacement pool key so you have to rely on gates being open to get in and out. Not sure the photos of the apartment do it justice though. It really is very spacious and a large balcony makes it ideal for sitting out whatever time of day.

Needs updating

Very dated property, not as advertised as still no pool key , sun loungers dirty mismatched chairs and rusty table outside, decking tha needs treating with a little mouse to entertain you. DVD works intermittently (dodgy scart lead ) matressses and quilts and covers need replacing … same ones as 2 years ago and they needed replacing then.. dishwasher broken wheels, washing machine leaves Marj’s on clothes , got locked in as handle sheared off. Whole place needs some money spent on it and updating . .

The property is clean and tidy although it is getting a little old and rough around the edges. The dishwasher has wheels missing and is rusty inside. The upstairs double bed is merely a camping bed and very uncomfortable. There are old tiles and bits of wood piled up in the entrance area. The main problem we had was that there wasn’t any key to gain access to the pool area which was one of the main reasons we booked the Villa so we’re very disappointed. The description for the Villa on Vrbo includes the use of the pool. Overall the Villa needs updating and access to the pool area…

I first went to Lanzarote in 1994, nearly two decades ago as a young adult and have been returning ever since. I run a small group of property & financial advisory businesses and Lanzarote is like a second home for my kids.

There is so much to do on the island, even we haven't done it all yet (trying surfing with the kids at Famara next time).

Our property is priced attractively, located in a good position, has plenty of space and has fabulous views - that's why we bought it!

What makes this property unique

1. Sea Views:
Unusually for a property located in a tourist resort with easy access to bars and restuarants, most rooms enjoy a sea view. In fact there are only two rooms (bathrooms), which don't have a sea view!

2. On-site Property Managers
One of the most important comfort factors for guests staying at our Villa is knowing that friendly, expert advice and assistance is available on site 24/7. If anything goes wrong, they are just a few yards away to help out.

Couple this with the great value for money, spacious open plan layout, home comforts and views over the fabulous sunken pool area which enjoys sunshine all day and you will be hard pushed to find a better property for the same money anywhere on Lanzarote!
