Melissa Apartment is a tastefully decorated, duplex apartment which is more like a villa due to it being spread over 3 floors, and having it's own private (7m x 4m approx) pool and roof terrace! The location is superb being opposite the Kalkan Gym, so just 100 metres from the Thursday market and supermarket, and a stone's throw and easy walk into the centre of Kalkan and the harbour. Parking is right outside the apartment, and with its own private entrance down a few steps to the pool and front door, you can be forgiven for thinking this is a villa. There is also a high degree of privacy to the outside space and pool area with Melissa.

Inside, the ground floor has the master double en-suite bedroom, with doors to the outside pool terrace with sunbeds and comfy seating. The bedroom is light, airy, full air-conditioned and comes complete with a double wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, plus chest of drawers and mirror. Up a flight of stairs and you have another twin en-suite bedroom, with side sea view balcony and again fully air conditioned and furnished with wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. Also on this level is the open plan living area. The lounge with L-shaped sofa comes complete with flat screen TV and English channels - not just BBC World! Wifi is standard throughout the whole apartment too. The kitchen is modern and spacious and very well equipped. From the lounge is the covered breakfast balcony which is just perfect as it is nice and shaded.

Up another short flight of stairs is the utility room with WC and washing machine, and door which opens out onto the fabulous panoramic sea and mountain view roof terrace. With a pergola overhead, you can sit and relax on the spacious roof terrace before retiring for the evening. It's a perfect place for a nightcap.
