New apartment very well appointed in the heart of Palm Mar in the CAPE SALEMA residence, very nice view, quiet, with beautiful swimming pools with deckchairs, one for children, dishwasher, WIFI, all French-speaking, Belgian channels, TV Vlaanderen, english channels, german and video club included in French and English
Palm Mar is a residential area in a privileged area located between two nature reserves and the sea. Palm Mar is 100% residential, with no hotel or nightclub and no traffic. Ideal place for vacationers who want to be close to everything but in a quiet, elegant, exclusive and sought-after area. Palm Mar is near the tourist area of Los Cristianos and Las Americas in just 10 minutes by car. Tenerife Sur Queen Sofia Airport is 10 km away. Palm Mar is continuously patrolled by a private security company as well as the local police. There you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, (the best is the Sea Lounge and the Bahia Beach), bakery, bank etc ... all within 50m walk from the apartment.
