This apartment most definitely has the 'wow' factor with light and hugely spacious rooms and an array of unique and original art-works including wonderfully large oil paintings, an african mask wall and a stunning photograph montage. With parquet flooring, you have the warm feeling of enjoying you stay in a home, rather than a sterile apartment. The decor is eclectic and bohemian and is beautifully offset by the high ceilings, spacious room and period decor. You also have the use of a balcony and all the mod cons one would expect. There is netflix and youtube on the TV and a eating areas in both the kitchen and a dedicated dining room.

Die große Wohnung stammt aus der ungarischen Gründerzeit, ist aber vom sehr freundlichen und heiteren englischen Vermieter neu gestaltet worden. Viele verblüffende Details (Masken und Bilder an den Wänden, Figuren, die in den Zimmer stehen und die Besucher anschauen). Die Wohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, ist aber in der Nacht durchaus ruhig. Wer eine tip-top neue Hochglanzeinrichtung erwartet, wird vielleicht ein bisschen enttäuscht sein. Wer aber wie wir Freude an einer originellen und eigenwilligen Umgebung hat, kann den Ort sehr genießen. Hermann und Andrea aus Wien

Wonderfully Quirky Apartment Perfectly Located In Budapest

Simon's apartment is wonderfully decorated with his own artwork as well as pieces he's collected from around the world. It truly makes the apartment feel like a home. The apartment itself is very large and well appointed. Our family of four were very comfortable. Simon himself is lovely and was very responsive when we had issues with the water heater, even though it was New Year's Eve day. One suggestion for Simon is to invest in cleaning up the kitchen, including the dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. Otherwise, we had a lovely week in the apartment and would definitely rent from him again.
