Our cozy apartment is located just 3 minutes from one of the best and most beautiful beaches of Alicante also has stunning views over the lagoon and the natural park, with an impressive sunset that can be enjoyed from the balcony.
Our apartment is very close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and all the commercial offer that can be found in La Mata.

Our apartment is ideal for couples and small families, as there is a double bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a south-west facing balcony with views of the salt lagoon and where you can sunbathe in the afternoon even on winter days and enjoy a drink while watching the amazing sunset over the salt lagoon.

The apartment has a high level of comfort with a new bathroom equipped with shower, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and 4 chairs, 32 'LCD TV with USB and VGA inputs, balcony chairs and table.

Bonne propriété

L’appartement est assez petit alors il faut éviter de venir à plus de 2 adultes, nous étions 3 et très à l’étroit. L’emplacement est idéal pour aller à la plage à pied et manger au restaurant sur la plage. Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus à proximité pour aller en ville ce qui est pratique mais attention à ne pas rentrer trop tard car il est dur d’avoir un taxi le soir (nous en avons fait les frais). Il n’y a pas de serrure à la salle de bain qui fait aussi toilettes donc il faut être prudent. La propriétaire est très agréable et accessible.
