Sunny attic located in the gotic area, near the majestic Cathedral de Santa Eulalia. It contains 2 bedrooms: one double room with twin beds and the other with a single bed. Living - dinning room and open concept kitchen with access to the magnificent terrace. The apartment has a fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:- There are -+20 stairs before reaching the elevator.- Monthly rental apartment. Minimum stay of 31 nights.
- Utilities are NOT INCLUDED. Approximate €200/month.
- Cleaning is NOT INCLUDED in the price. The final cleaning €75. (You can order the cleaning service with an extra charge). ABOUT THE DEPOSIT IN CASE OF DAMAGE:- 31 nights stay : 50% of the month.
- Between 2 to 4 months: 1 month.
- + 4 months: 2 months.

Great location, service could be improved

The flat is centrally located in the Gothic Quarter in the city centre. It is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The kitchen was clean and everything worked well. Unfortunately, communication with the landlords was difficult. I still haven't received an official invoice, the check-in process was chaotic. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with my stay.

Recommendation

The property was located in such a great part of Barcelona. We could walk to every location and it had restaurant options nearby. The property is very small however the outdoor patio really helped. On the downside the person who met us at the apartment did not explain things accurately and the apartment was not set up for cooking as it had few items. We also had to resupply our toilet paper which I have never had to do before. On a positive note the management was responsive and sent folks into fix the internet in a timely manner. Overall a positive experience in this lovely area of Barcelona!

Charming

We had a little difficulty getting the front door open, even to the point of having to call the management service, and the stairs to the elevator were a little more than expected, but once we were there the apartment was perfect for our short stay. Great location for our visit. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use some more amenities if our stay was going to be longer.
