Villa Minerva is a semi-detached house built specifically for people who want to spend their holidays in the beautiful Istrian territory, is equipped with every comfort and the spaces have been designed to make the stay of our guests pleasant and unforgettable. The location is excellent as it is located a few steps from the sea and the city, with a backdrop of hills covered with olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. A fantastic territory both for sports enthusiasts and for families looking for relaxation and well-being. Villa Minerva has private fenced parking, swimming pool and garden. The exteriors are finely furnished to comfortably accommodate a group of six people, in fact there is a large table with 8 seats, three-burner gas barbecue and sun beds.

The house is spread over three floors:
On the ground floor extends the living room with kitchenette complete with every accessory just like at home. Finally a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The first floor is divided into two double bedrooms and two bathrooms: the master bedroom has a bathroom and a walk-in closet, from the terrace you can overlook the pool and if you look up you can see the sea. The second one can be used as a double room with single or double beds.
On the top floor there is a spacious terrace with sun loungers and a relaxation area, it is very pleasant for evening aperitifs overlooking the city and the sea.

How to move
It is preferable to have a car available, but you can move easily by bike as all the attractions and shops are not far from Villa Minerva.
Other things to keep in mind
our policy is to rent for seven days or multiples of seven. in case you want to stay for a shorter period a special rate will be applied with discounted prices on days when the house is not occupied. we are available for sailing boat trips (by reservation) and motocross experiences. the territory allows us to practice different sports in contact with nature including sailing, cycling and motorcycling. payments to be made on site: Tourist tax: € 1 per day per person over 12 years compulsory cost for house cleaning: € 80 Other optional costs: Extra bed for seventh person € 10 per day Linen for bath and kitchen € 30 for change Bathrobe € 30 for change Possible extra change sheets € 10 per room Extra cleaning of the house € 10 per hour (to check availability 'operator)
