Beautiful design penthouse with 30m2 terrace. It has 2 bedrooms (one double and one single), 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the dining room for 2 people. The kitchen has all the basic elements: refrigerator, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, automatic orange juice squeezer and all the necessary utensils. Quiet and cozy. Five minutes from the beach. Area with restaurants, all services and well connected. It includes parking space.
