Wonderful, unique, free-standing condo. Less than one mile from the many shops and restaurants of picturesque downtown Chatham. Only a half mile from Oyster Pond (a saltwater inlet of Nantucket Sound, featuring a kid-friendly beach) and two miles from Lighthouse Beach (on the Atlantic side of Chatham, in front of historic Chatham Light)!

Recently renovated, this light and bright two-bedroom home is full of new furnishings and fresh paint. The open floor plan includes a bright living area with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, with an adjacent area housing a large, round table perfect for meals and playing board games. The updated, well-equipped kitchen has quartz counters and a large island with seating for four. This lovely home also features a gas stove, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, central air, cable TV, and WiFi.

Both bedrooms are on the second floor, and each has its own private full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twin beds and twin bunkbeds.

Enjoy dinner out on the private patio, equipped with ample seating, a gas grill, and atmospheric string lights. There's also a brand new outdoor shower, which is a must-have on Cape Cod!

Grab your bikes (you can rent one just down the street) and take the Old Colony Rail Trail into town, the tennis courts at the Middle School, the Chatham Airport, or ride all the way to the Cape Cod Rail Trail! The Chatham Bakery is close enough for a morning stroll, and the Chatham Public Market is only a quarter-mile down the road.

Fantastic Week!

We had such a wonderful stay at The Barn! The house was beautiful and clean and the perfect amount of space for our family. It was also a fantastic location. I always bring basically my entire kitchen on trips, but this kitchen was fully stocked! Thank you for a great week!

Wonderful Vacation Home

Our family with two adult children had a terrific week in Cape Cod. The Chatham location was great for accessing all parts or the Cape. Chatham itself was lovely and easily walkable. The property was as advertised, and we biked the adjacent trail every morning. Would definitely return.

Great Time

We come to the Cape every summer and like to try out new places. Chatham is one of our favorites and our stay at The Barn didn't disappoint. We loved that it was right on the bike trail and we took advantage of the close proximity to town and Veterans Field to watch the Chatham Anglers play. We were very comfortable in the accommodations (family of 4). The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, and we loved the kitchen stools/bar set up for meals. The renters were very easy to get in touch with us and helpful preparing us for our stay.

About the host

We're a group of four friends—Chrissy, Greg, Kate, and Andrew (you'll mostly communicate with Andrew). Chrissy, Kate, & Andrew met in college, and Greg and Chrissy got married in November of 2017. Kate grew up in Chatham and introduced her friends to her beloved hometown. They all fell in love with it and wanted to be able to stay there as much as possible without crashing on Kate's parents' floor. We now have two properties on Crowell Road, which we use ourselves whenever we're not renting them out in the summer. We love Chatham and can't wait for you to experience all it has to offer by staying at The Barn!
