This luxury Villa and dependence, with a total area of 540m2, enjoy an exceptional location in the heart of Southern Burgundy and Jura doors.
The villa is situated in the quiet village of Saunières, just a few meters from the river 'Doubs', which will delight fishermen.

The Villa has 6 luxurious bedrooms and 6 ensuite bathrooms as well as a baby and child bedroom. A "cozy" lounge with fireplace, dining room with fireplace and kitchen. The kitchen opens directly onto the pool terrace and promoting conviviality.
Many on-site leisure: heated pool (5mx10m) open from 1 April to 31 October, Sauna, Hammam, gym, playground, petanque, giant trampoline, Play Station 3, five HD TV, Blu-ray , satellite, wi-fi, canoe trips 100meters ..

Accommodates 12 people + 1 child + 2 babies.

Rooms: 6 bedrooms and a baby+child room. 3 bedrooms have a king size bed 180cmx200cm and 3 bedrooms with two single beds (convertible in king size bed on request) 90x200cm.
- 1 bedroom is on the ground floor.
The nursery has two cots, a crib and a changing table.
The beds are made upon arrival.
The bathroom towels are provided.
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

The lounge
Enjoy the soothing decor and comfort of the living room sofas Chersterfield. The French ceiling and old tiles add a touch of authenticity. HDTV, satellite, Blu-ray DVD player.
The dining room is decorated in a spirit of Relais de Chasse, with its French ceiling and old tiles. The table is ready to welcome up to 12 guests. It has a beautiful large open hearth fireplace to make a good fire. Wood is included in our rental rates.

The kitchen of the villa is fully equipped: Oven, microwave oven, 4 ring hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, table top fridge additional, classic Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle.
Complete equipment and utensils kitchen accessories is available, as well as tea towels.

Recreation in the Villa:
5mx10m pool is heated. It is open from April 1 to October 31. Depth begins with a range of one meter down to about 1.90m. An automatic cover to close the swimming pool of a turn of the key, optimum safety for children!
A dozen chairs sunbathing enliven your sunny afternoons. The outdoor lounge with a capacity of 12 guests will help you organize your lunches and dinners at the water's edge.

A small house adjoining the villa is equipped with an upstairs gym and a relaxation area with foosball and Play-Station 3. You can also enjoy a sauna and a steam-room with a capacity each 5 to 6 people.
The fitness area is equipped with a bike, elliptical trainer, rowing machine, weights and dumbbells.
Many on-site leisure: games, Play station 3 and various games, petanque, giant trampoline, 4 bikes + 2 child seats, table tennis, swings, soccer field, fishing on site.

Sehr schöne Ferien in Frankreich

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Der Gastgeber hat uns die Villa und das Anwesen ausführlich gezeigt. Es war alles sauber und es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Jedes Schlafzimmer hatte ein Bad. Der Pool war groß und wir alle hatten großen Spaß. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. 👍👍😀😀

Stilvolle Villa mit tollen Freizeitmöglichkeiten

Christophe hat uns (sechsköpfige Familie mit bereits erwachsenen Kindern) zu Beginn unseres 10tägigen Aufenthaltes eine umfängliche Einführung in das Haus und die Möglichkeiten, die man in der Umgebung hat gegeben. Das Haus ist von 1820 und sehr gut restauriert worden. Es bietet problemlos Platz für 12 Personen; der Pool wie auch Dampfbad und Sauna haben wir sehr genossen. In Verdun können wir insbesondere auch das Restaurant Le Caveau empfehlen mit hervorragenden Weinen zu burgundischer Küche.

Wonderful Villa

Our host, Christophe met us on our first day, and showed us around his beautiful Villa! He even recommended some good wine for us to enjoy during our stay. We had the pleasure of staying in Villa Saunieres for 7 days with some of our friends from different parts of the world. We all loved everything about this Villa; the outdoor pool, the living quarters, the dining room, living room, etc.. The kitchen is well equipped with all that we needed to prepare some meals. The Villa is tastefully decorated, clean, and is located by a river in a very peaceful & quiet side of the town! We would definitely stay here again someday, and would recommend this Villa to anybody wishing to have an enjoyable, peaceful holiday! Thank you so much, Christophe! Rick, Myrna, & Friends

5 Star Accommodation!

Our family was overjoyed with the impeccable beauty of the home and enjoyed all of the amenities that were so thoughtfully prepared. Every detail is attended to in order to make your stay at this luxury spot comfortable and memorable. I made use of the gym daily, a cool space with enough weights and machines to really get a great workout in- and the Bluetooth speaker system made it easy to rock out while doing so! The owner of this property has a finger on the pulse of high-level vacation goers’ expectations and did not disappoint one bit! Ps. Opt for the private chef for at least one evening (OMG amazing!!!!!)
