The villa, covered with stones, sheepfold style is in full maquis. Isolated on the hillside, it dominates the village of Tarrabuceta (commune Figari) and offers a magnificent view over the whole of the Cagna mountains to the Gulf of Figari and the Genoese tower of Pianottoli.
The house with reversible air conditioning is pleasantly decorated in blue and white tones. The kitchen is fully equipped for 4 people. A beautiful covered terrace of 25 m2 with a stone barbecue allows you to have lunch while enjoying a magnificent panorama.
The 9m x 4m infinity pool is surrounded by 2 wooden beaches, welcoming deckchairs and sunbathing; a covered bar with fridge completes the set.

Superbe et calme

La villa est magnifique. Les + : La situation géographique Le calme Magnifique panorama Tout est prévu dans la villa pour y vivre comme chez soi Barbecue au top Les - : Piscine à débordement donc un peu fraîche en septembre mais toujours propre (je suis frileuse…) Mobilier intérieur rustique (canapé et fauteuil inconfortable) TV HS (on ne capte rien) Électroménager d’un autre âge… Très peu de pression d’eau (douche, évier, toilettes). Globalement je recommande !!

SUPERBE SEJOUR

Villa au top, le logement est très bien situé pour faire toutes sortes de sortie, et il est également parfait pour se reposer au calme autour de la superbe piscine avec une vue magnifique sur les terres corses. Idyllisch und ruhig gelegenes Steinhaus mit Panoramablick

Das Haus liegt oberhalb eines Dorfes am Hang in Alleinlage mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick ins Tal und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Traumhaft! Das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar und man ist tatsächlich für sich. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über eine teils holprige und recht lange Erdpiste mitten durch den Wald, ist aber problemlos möglich und gut ausgeschildert. Und am Ende wartet das schöne Häuschen mit Pool. Der Pool ist sehr großzügig und bei heißen Temperaturen auch eine angenehme Abkühlung. Liegen genügend vorhanden und die Poolbar mit Kühlschrank ist eine wirklich gute Idee. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Hit ist natürlich der überdachte Sitzbereich mit Grill - hier lassen sich die Abende bestens ausklingen. Ausflüge können in der Gegend viele unternommen werden, Restaurants allerdings erst bei/in Bonifacio. Aber wir haben oft die Grillecke genutzt, weils einfach zu schön war. Der nahegelegene Flughafen stört nicht weiter, da wenig frequentiert und auch keine Nachtflüge sind. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter. Vielen Dank nochmals für diesen schönen Aufenthalt und alles Gute!
