Luxury 4 Bedroom Villa near Centre of Kalkan,Total Privacy and Great Sea View

This luxurious three bedroom villa is located in the Kiziltas area of Kalkan, and comprises of two double and one twin bedroom, all of which enjoy panoramic views across Kalkan Bay. The pool area is unseen from outwith the grounds and therefore makes this villa particularly suitable for those guests wishing total privacy .

The accomodation includes a large comfortable lounge and full-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom with jacuzzi, plus a twin bedroom on the first floor, and a double bedroom on the top floor. All the bedrooms have balconies with excellent sea views plus en-suite bathrooms and televisions. The property is air-conditioned throughout, and has an alarm system plus wifi internet.
The secluded infinity pool area is equipped with sunbeds, parasols and an alfresco dining area with BBQ, making it an enviable location from which to soak in the magnifecent uninterrupted panoramic views. There is also a small childrens pool and babys cot.
Villa had a renovation on 2022 and added, new bedroom, sauna and heatable indoor pool. If you would like to have heatable indoor pool, it cost is 4000 TL for 1 week.

The villas location in Kiziltas means that is is located on a steep hillside. There are two approaches to the villa, one from above where guests can use the villas parking space then descend some 100-150 steps to the villa, the other is a shorter route from the centre but involves a very steep road for the last 100 metres. Consequently this villa is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.

There are plans to put in a comfortable seating group and table tennis for the 2019 season.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival
