Modern new built, stone villa with the gorgeous view and pool. Located in the Sutivan, close to the centre (cca 5 min), but on the quiet location. Built for your full relaxation away from the city where you can put your mind to ease and enjoy yourself with your friends and/or family.
Relax yourself in this new built, stone villa which was made exactly for your enjoyment and relaxation. Villa has two floors, outdoor pool and a breathtaking view. Close to the centre, restaurants and the port, but still on the quiet location for those wanting some privacy. Four beautiful bedrooms (2 x double bed, one with the queen bed and one with two single beds) can host up to 8 people. Each room has flat screen TV, air-conditioning and its private bathroom and balcony. Backyard with the pool and BBQ can make for great summer nights with friends and family. This villa is owned by a local family whose ancestors have lived here for many generations. Relax your eyes and mind while enjoying the view by looking at the sailboats, Split, distant mountains. Make your holiday unforgettable.

Excellent!!

Fantastic villa with wonderful view. The house was so nice and clean. Kitchen very good equipped. Just a short walk down to city center where you find shops, bakery, a number of restaurants and small nice beaches. The pool was great, nice size and temperature. The house has a number of areas with shadow, nice when the temperature is high. The back yard was absolutely lovely, with barbecue, eating area and a nice lounge. The host was fantastic, helping us with everything we needed and more. A big thank you to Natalije!! Really recommend this house!!!
