Seekings Cottage is a characterful two-storey cottage with an open-plan dining/kitchen/sitting room with a cosy wood burning stove. The large vaulted and beamed bedroom with its king-size bed is situated on the first floor with an en-suite shower and bath. Set within the courtyard of the main house, Seekings Cottage enjoys a private raised patio, accessed by steps. There are lovely views out to the beautiful countryside; make sure to keep an eye out for the owner's friendly horses in the fields. Don't forget to drop into The Masons Arms, a Michelin Star pub just a mile down the road, for a pint or a bite to eat (booking essential).
Situated on the southern edge of Exmoor National Park, there are many wonderful days out to be enjoyed from the cottage. Enjoy breath-taking walks or drives across the moors and through wooded valleys while nearby Dulverton offers a wonderful Exmoor village welcome with an array of local farm shops and goods. Explore Knightshayes Court; a stylish Victorian mansion with glorious gardens. Alternatively visit bustling Barnstaple, only a 25 minute drive away and explore the stunning expanse of Saunton Sands. A lovely 55 minute drive through the National Park takes you to the beautiful medieval village of Dunster, nestled below Dunster Castle – a National Trust property and a great day out.

There are beams and low doors in the cottage.
Outside there is a gravel drive which can be uneven and steps down to the cottage from the road.
There are steps up to the patio at the rear of the property.
