20mt from the sea and only a few minutes from the center
The house is on 2 levels: on the 1st floor a large double bedroom with bathroom and climate .. On the ground floor bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with LED TV, full kitchen with
oven and microwave, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, bed and kitchen linens, cot, high chair and air conditioning throughout the house.

Outside private garden on 2 sides with barbecue and outdoor shower, furnished with table, chairs and deck chairs to enjoy outdoor evenings.

Urlaubsaufenthalt in Sarroch in Marcella`s Villa

Hallo zusammen, wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, der Strand war immer anziehend und die Abende auf der Terrasse wunderbar. Es wäre vielleicht schön gewesen, wenn ein nahe zu Fuss erreichbarer Supermarkt für Kleinigkeiten vorhanden gewesen wäre. Das Einzigste, was verbessert werden könnte, wäre die Wylan Verbindung zu stärken. Diese war manchmal nicht vorhanden. Lg Michael, Claudia und Andrea Formen

Am Meer

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten Reihe vom Meer mit Blick auf dieses. Die Küche ist mit allem überreichlich ausgestattet; alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Das Wohnzimmer ist nicht besonders eingerichtet. Bäder und Zimmer einwandfrei. Auch Liegen und Matten zum Sonnen sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist eine Mischung von Sand und Kies und wirklich nur von wenigen Personen besucht.

Perfekte Lage und perfekt sauber

Das Haus liegt so wie beschrieben von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Vermieterin hat uns bei der Ankunft mit Wein und Süßigkeiten begrüßt. Schöner Strand ca 2 Minuten zu Fuß so dass wir jeden Morgen schwimmen gehen konnten Das Haus war einfach perfekt sauber Vielen Dank liebe Marcella und Serenella Wir kommen bestimmt wieder Liebe Grüße Denise

Sympathische Gastgeberin, Erstklassische Ausstattung

Den bisherigen Bewertungen können wir ohne Einschränkungen beipflichten: Marcella ist eine warmherzige großzügige Gastgeberin und das perfekt saubere Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man in Küche und Alltag brauchen kann (und sogar darüber hinaus!): das haben wir in 35 Jahren Erfahrungen mit Ferienwohnungen nie erlebt. Marcella hat uns bei der Ankunft sogar mit Pasta, Wein, Käse und anderen lokalen Spezialitäten verwöhnt, sodaß das erste späte Abendessen gesichert war. Uns Älteren ist die ruhige Siedlung besonders angenehm gewesen. Eines muss man jedoch der Agentur vorwerfen: Das Inserat war nicht vollständig, insofern die Endreinigungskosten dort nicht ausgewiesen sind! Insgesamt aber ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt im wunderschönen Süd-Sardinien.
