The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen and all the comforts, wi fi included. The apartment does not have air conditioning but the structure and the location of the apartment make it very cool even in summer. A private garden with views of the Florentine hills is also available. The place is located in a quiet village in the hills, about 15 minutes from Florence.

Overview of the neighborhood
The loft is located in a small village surrounded by woods and vineyards, near Pontassieve. The location is perfect for visiting Florence (about 15 km), but also the Chianti, Siena, Arezzo, and the areas of Mugello and Casentino. The coast can be reached with approximately 1 hour and 30 hours of help.
How to move
The best way (and strongly recommended) to reach the loft is the car. In any case, there is a public bus service (stop at 100 meters) to the Pontassieve station, well connected to Florence (runs every 20 minutes). The train takes about 20 minutes to get to the station of Florence Santa Maria Novella (central). Free parking is available adjacent to the house.

City tax
The Municipality of Pelago provides a tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 nights, excluding children under 12 years of age (free), which will be requested in cash upon check-in -in.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, smoking is allowed outside in the garden. We love animals, but unfortunately pets, even if small, are not allowed.
The loft is located in an area adjacent to other houses, so you must respect the peace of the neighborhood, especially at night.
