This 2-story villa is built in a quite village of Kefalonia with a panoramic view of the Agia Kyriaki and Myrtos bays.The villa’s exclusivity aims to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay for all guests, having been designed to assure accessibility to people with mobility difficulties and/or reduced mobility approved and certified by TUV. The villa was constructed with absolute respect to the natural beauty of the landscape and incorporated to the environment. Stepping through the wooden door of the entrance, a comfortable ramp with the minimum slope (adjusted to the needs of people using wheelchair) leads to the pool level at the entrance of the house. The pool with the wooden sitting arrangement invites guests to enjoy the sea view and relax under the clear blue sky. From the first moment when approaching this beautiful house, it is apparent that it has been designed so that everyone is able to enjoy their vacation without barriers.

Great house

Great, cool house centrally located for an explore of the island. If you venture to the local beach there are some great local fish restaurants but be aware one is very expensive.

Amazing property with a lovely host

We visited the villa in the end of June 2021. I only have positive things to say. The actual property was impeccably decorated, in a contemporary manner but full of personal touches and details. It did not feel like a faceless hotel, but as someone's (amazing) home. Athina was extremely interested in our wellbeing, accommodating, providing information, fresh products and always treating us with a smile. Aggeliki was also lovely and sweet. The location is perfect if you want to explore the island, since all the main tourist attractions are around 30 minutes away by car. So it is worth basically going everywhere (as long as the road is open....). The actual village is quiet, so take this into account if you want a more happening holiday. Still, busy Argostoli is only a 30 minute drive. I had a wonderful time and I can't wait to visit the villa and its sweet host again soon.

Perfect vacation home

Villa Katoi was the perfect vacation home for a one week getaway on beautiful Kefalonia. The layout of the bright and modern villa with several large terraces, nice common areas and two quiet bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was ideal for us (two couples). The villa is centrally located, on the island, just 5 min away from Ag. Kiriaki beach, 10 min. from famous Mythos beach, and offers beautiful vistas of the coast. Athina and Angela are great hosts, they left us a very generous “welcome package”, came to clean the pool, change the towels etc. Communication and check-in was super easy. Overall: highly recommended, we can’t wait to come back to this little piece of paradise.

Wonderful vila with a lot of good taste and charachter

We where a family of six and there was a space for all of us. The vila is amazing and you find the kitchen full with food and everything you need. The view of the bay is lovely and the village location is some what of a center between the main city argustoli (30 minutes by car), Myrtos beach (15 min), Agya Efimia and Sami (about 30-35 min), and the amazing beach of Petani. But remmember the vila has it all and you just want to stay and enjoy. Thank you Athina. By the way we recommand the resturant of Ladokolla stin Plagia. The best we had in Greece.
