Vila Sol Resort - Beautiful and spacious 2 bed apartment

New to the rental market, this beautiful, spacious apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the 2nd floor in the very popular Vila Sol Resort.

It comes fully furnished and contains all the essentials for a perfect holiday. Suitable for families, couples and golfers, it is in a lovely location, overlooking a landscaped garden. This apartment is ideal for children of all ages. This apartment has free high speed fibre optic wifi and is equipped with a/c units. It also has a full suite of English/Irish TV channels including a full sky sports package. This is a no smoking apartment.

The Vila Sol complex boasts three pools (one heated), a jacuzzi area, a childrens pool and a poolside cafe. Oscar's Bar situated onsite serves food alongside a number of other restaurants such as a wine & tapas bar, Moon Restaurant and Wildfire steak restaurant. There is a small shop for essentials and also a Deli/Coffee bar where you can get freshly baked bread and pastries each morning.

For golfers, Vila Sol Championship 27 hole golf course is part of the complex. There is also parking available right outside the apartment.
The apartment is very centrally placed in Vila Sol Village, within walking distance to all its amenities. It is also located 5 minutes drive from Vilamoura Marina and Falesia beaches.

There is plenty in the area for kids - AquaPark/show one of the largest water parks in the Algarve is just a few minutes drive away. Zoomarine, The Algarve's biggest attraction is 30 mins away - the marine park has seal and dolphin shows, an aquarium, rides, slides and pools. The area offers boat trips, Karting, Mini golf and plenty more.

This apartment is fully licensed with the Portuguese Tourist Board meaning that it complies with specific standards relating to quality and safety.

Great Apartment

Very clean tidy and plenty of space. In a nice central location to golf, beach and tourist strips. Owners very good to communicate with. Very enjoyable stay overall.

Fantastic holiday

This is a stunning apartment in a beautiful setting. We have stayed at Vila Sol several times and the area is truly unique. The three pools and pool bar are surrounded by stunning gardens and large open space that’s perfect for children. This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. The beds were so comfy and the apartment had been beautifully furnished throughout. It has everything you could need it’s a real home from home. We loved the views over the garden and pool then out to the sea beyond. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Vilamoura holiday

The neighbourhood where the apartment is situated is quiet and the setting is really nice with the apartment overlooking the well kept grounds and excellent swimming pool facilities/cafe bar. The apartment was spotless and spacious and had everything we needed. The beaches are only a short distance away by taxi and are excellent. We used uber taxis a lot to get around and visited the marina, alburfeira, quarteira and the aquashow park. Definitely would recommend this apartment and the location it is in.

Lovely location

What a lovely comfortable and well designed apartment. The room were spacious and well designed and tastefully furnished. Balcony not huge but plenty for us and there is a large space around the pools of course. It was walking distance to a bar some restaurants and a licensed cafe. Some were closed but that is due to Covid of course and not enough tourists. A car is not essential you could argue, but to make the most of the area it is a definite bonus.

We are a family of four from Dublin, Ireland. After visiting Vilamoura and its surrounding areas every Summer for the last 10 years, we decided in 2017 to purchase a holiday home there.

Why they chose this property

Vila Sol is a beautiful complex with lots going on and in an ideal location. You can have a quiet holiday staying onsite and choosing from its various restaurants or you can be in the middle of all the action in Vilamoura Marina within minutes. There are also a number of sandy beaches nearby to choose from. A car is recommended but the taxi service is also excellent. Car hire can be easily arranged at airport if not booked in advance.

What makes this property unique

Apart from the setting and having a choice of three different swimming pools, for us as a family it was the size and space in the apartment that sold it to us. At 130m2, the apartment is large by holiday rental standards and we have worked hard to make it a home away from home with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. In terms of the apartments location, we feel that Vila Sol ticks a lot of boxes - we have a shop, a deli, a pub and a choice of restaurants literally on our doorstep. There is parking right outside the building and a large green area with plenty of space for kids to run around. We have Vilamoura Marina minutes away, Aquashow water park up the road and also Quartiera nearby with its Boardwalk and sandy beaches.
