About this property

The location is spectacular. Our house is located in a village built overlooking the sea in a beautiful natural park in a creek declared a World Heritage Site. The whole village is characterized by a unique panoramic view but, in particular, our house is located in a very privileged position (high, facing the sea and with no other houses in front).
The house is newly built, tastefully decorated and fully equipped.
The house is one of the largest in the village, It overlooks both sides of the village and the garden, located inland, offers the opportunity to relax.
And for the lazy people? If you don't want to cook ..... you can taste the excellent local dishes in the village restaurant.

Meraviglioso

Tutto meraviglioso! Il giudizio unanime di tutta la famiglia. Ilaria ed Enrico sono fantastici: i loro preziosi consigli ci hanno permesso di godere di questo angolo di paradiso. La casa è fornita di ogni comfort e la vista è unica! L'accoglienza di Giulia e di tutto lo staff del villaggio tanca piras è stata cordiale e collaborativa per ogni nostra richiesta. Non avremmo potuto aspettarci di meglio! Grazie a tutti di cuore.

Mahtava näköala ja auringonlasku, ihanan rentouttava paikka!

Erittäin siisti, laadukas ja toimiva asunto upealla paikalla. Todella hyvin suunniteltu asunto. Ranskalainen parveke joka aukeaa upealle merinäköalalle ja iltaauringolle. Ilmastointi makuuhuoneissa (kaksi makuunuonetta), kylpyhuoneessa ja yläkerran olohuoneessa! Auringonlaskua voi myös ihailla asuinalueen hyvin hoidetussa "puistossa". Aamupalan voi myös nauttia etupihalla missä voi myös rentoutua. Turvallinen alue (noin 60 asuntoa omalla aluella) jonka sisällä myös ravintola. Tästä asunnosta todella mahtava näkymä suoraan merelle (ja uima-altaalle). Uima allas käytettävissä klo 09-13 ja 13-19 ja se on todella isokokoinen (noin 23metriä ja syvyys noin 1m - 2,50m). Todella lämmin ja mukava vastaanotto ja yhteyshenikö paikanpäällä Mr Nicola - paras ikinä! Lähikylä rauhallinen, pieni ja aito. Ei mikään turistirysä. Kylässä muutama kauppa (pieni) ravintola ja kahvila / baari (jäätelöbaari;-)). Muutamia kävely- / lenkkireittejä lähimaastossa (mm. näköalalenkki ja polkureitti rannikkoa pitkin). Lähirannalle autolla noin 10min ja muita upeita rantoja 25min säteellä. Jyrkkä rannikko joten haastavaa päästä kävellen lähimaastoon uimaan, pieni hyvä polku noin 20min lähimpään "rantaan" Portu Bandu. Lähin palveluranta on Masua ja Fontanamare. Mukava ranta myös Cala Domestica (ja Cala Lunga). Portixeddun ranta upea. Upea rannikko ja suosittelen lämpimästi veneretkeä Buggerusta tai Portoxeddusta ("SonuePerda" loistavalla oppaalla ja kapteenilla Mr Nicola, sukellusta, snorklausta, hyppimistä ja todella hienoja luolia). Todella rentouttava ja romanttinen paikka upella auringonlaskulla! Suosittelen lämpimästi!

Un posto da scoprire

Sempre un piacere tornare da queste parti. Ogni volta che torniamo scopriamo qualcosa di più. La casa di Ilaria e Enrico, se possibile, è ancora più bella e curata della prima nostra visita. Ora, rispetto alle nostre prime visite c'è anche il WI-FI. Il tramonto che si gode dalla casa è assolutamente imperdibile, i dintorni di Nebida sono incantevoli. Questa è la vera Sardegna, quella di una volta. Paesaggi incantevoli, passeggiate a strapiombo sul mare irripetibili. Grazie a Ilaria ed Enrico, torneremo ancora.

Tutto meraviglioso

La casa era molto pulita, curata nei minimi particolari e accogliente. All’arrivo ci si sente coccolati, ma è solo l’inizio! Tra le varie la piscina la fa da padrona. La vista del tramonto è unica! La foto è stupenda, ma dal vivo è ben oltre le aspettative. Io e miei amici pratichiamo sport acquatici di varia natura e questo è sicuramente il luogo ideale per tutti coloro che amano cimentarsi in questi. Le condizioni per il surf da onda sono ottime, ma facendo qualche km in più si trovano anche spot per windsurf e kitesurf. Inutile dire che tornerò presto e lo consiglierò agli amici.

Why they chose this property

Nebida is a magic corner of South Western Sardinia and it offers beaches, mountains and mines. It can be reached crossing a scenic road overlooking the sea, many beaches and cliffs of which the most famous is the Pan Zucchero Rock. My husband and I stumbled upon this wonderful corner where nature and culture melt together in harmony. The sea views and breathtaking sceneries, the unspoiled wilderness combined with the beautiful colors of the sunset made us immediately realize that it was a perfect place for our family holidays. Our kids loved it!

What makes this property unique

When you get to Nebida we forget everything. The hustle and bustle of everyday life quickly becomes a distant memory. The view that provides the village is the bargain and only our house we can enjoy from a privileged position.
