Eira Grande is one of our new property that we inaugurated last March.
It is a Galician house, located in the town of Pedre, in Cerdedo-Cotobade that is characterized by its architecture and decoration.
The house has 6 double bedrooms with bathroom, a large living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, toilet, large fully equipped kitchen, games room with table football and billiards. It has an annex that is accessed directly from the house with another dining room and grill.
The house has a well-kept garden with outdoor eating area, granary and a 4 x 8 meter pool.
The house is located in the center of Pedre, next to the Eira Grande square, known for its set of granaries, artistic heritage. From the house there are several hiking trails such as the bridges of the Lérez river, abandoned village of Vichocuntin, visit the Serrapia chapel or discover the petroglyphs of Pedre.

Great property for multiple families or groups to explore Galicia.

We had a great time in this comfortable house with plenty of space for our 3 families. Enjoyed the pool and games room and made use of the barbecue room. Some lovely walks from the property to the river. Beaches and bodegas about an hour away.

Gemütlich umgebautes Haus

Wir waren insgesamt mit 9 Erwachsenen eine Woche im Haus (3 Paare und 3 Singles). Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert, das Haus war absolut sauber bei der Übergabe. Die Zimmer waren alle ausreichend groß (das Rosenzimmer ist etwas kleiner als die anderen). Die Betten sind alle gleich breit (1,60 m), auch wenn das auf den Fotos teilweise anders wirkt. Für Paare ist das kein Problem, für Einzel-Reisende noch weniger. ;-) Die Fotos der Zimmer sind absolut authentisch. Eins der 6 Zimmer (das sich in der Zwischenetage neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet) hat einen kleinen Vorraum, den man zusätzlich und als Kleiderkammer nutzen kann. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich neben der Küche eine zusätzliche Gästetoilette. Das Haus ist sehr schön und aufwendig restauriert worden und hat einen sehr schönen gepflegten Garten. Der Pool ist sauber, hat mehrere Liegen und liegt fast den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Ist auch notwendig - das Wasser ist sehr sehr kalt! Einzig die Dusche am Pool hat nicht funktioniert. Es gibt draußen und drinnen genug Sitzplätze an Esstischen. Das Grillzimmer haben wir gar nicht genutzt, dafür die sehr schöne Küche, in der jetzt auch eine richtige Kaffeemaschine steht ;-). Es fehlen ein paar normale (Plastik-)Schüsseln). Die Waschmaschine im angrenzenden "Schuppen" haben wir auch mehrfach genutzt. Schön fanden wir die Aufteilung im Haus mit den mehreren "Zwischen-Stockwerken", dadurch wirkt es sehr aufgeräumt. Vor dem Haus haben wir es durch geschicktes Parken sogar geschafft, 4 Autos gleichzeitig zu parken. Pedre selbst ist neben einer römische Brücken, ein paar anderen älteren Hinterlassenschaften und den alten Kornspeichern (von denen auch einer am Pool steht und 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt eine ganze Parade) schnell zu Fuß erkundet. Im nächsten Ort Cerdedo (4 km, 5 Autominuten) gibt es einen gut ausgestattenen Tante-Emma-Supermarkt-Laden direkt an der Hauptstraße, der von 7 bis 21 Uhr (Mo - Sa) offen hat (dort kann man sogar mit Kreditkarte bezahlen). Und das "Meson Carola" 5 Häuser davor können wir wärmstens empfehlen - leckeres preiswertes Essen, auf Wunsch auch echt galicisch (dann etwas teurer). Die Umgebung ist touristisch überschaubar: Pontevedra (30 Minuten), Santiago de Compostela (1 Stunde), Ourense (1 Stunde), Vigo (1:15 Stunden) und die Sil-Schlucht 1:45 Stunden (Boots-Tour muss vorab online reserviert werden!!) sind sehenswert - sehr viel mehr gibt es aber auch nicht. War dieses Mal ein sehr entspannter und chilliger Urlaub!

Vacaciones ideales.

Casa amplia, confortable, limpia, colchones comodísimos, decorada con mucho gusto. Ideal para en familia, la zona del jardín y barbacoa ideal. Los chicos han disfrutado en la sala de juegos. Hay varias rutas desde la casa para hacer caminando. La zona es preciosa. La recomiendo 100%.
