Apartment with direct access to the private beach including umbrella and two beds. On the third floor, with elevator. It has a large kitchen with a terrace overlooking the sea and a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, with a terrace overlooking the hill, (a folding bed) a bathroom with shower. Carport inside the fence of the house. A large communal garden with direct access, through an underpass, to the private beach. A cycle path connects the house to the two nearby towns of Marcelli and Numana about 2 km and Porto Recanati about 6 km.

Abbiamo trascorso due settimane nell´appartamento con nostra figlia di un anno. Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort, soluzione ideale per famiglie con bambini piccoli grazie all´ accesso diretto alla spiaggia privata. Vista invidiabile dai due balconi. Proprietari estremamente cortesi e disponibili, molto puntuali nel rispondere prima e durante il soggiorno. Il centro di Marcelli si raggiunge con una passeggiata. Consigliato!

Comodissimo

L'appartamento avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di un po' di manutenzione ma le comodità che offre sono davvero molteplici a cominciare dall'accesso in spiaggia direttamente dal giardino condominiale dove i proprietari mettono a disposizione un ombrellone con due lettini. Inoltre dispone di un posto auto riservato,preziosissimo viste le difficoltà di parcheggio nella zona.Ma ciò che è veramente impagabile è il panorama che si può godere dal terrazzo e che ci ha permesso di apprezzare appieno il mare in tutte le sue sfumature,dall'alba fino al tramonto. Lo consiglio assolutamente
