Ground floor accommodation comprises of an entrance hall leading to an open plan living/dining room offering plenty of light. The TV area has plenty of comfortable seating, cable TV, DVD and Ipod docking station. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, 2 hobs and American style fridge/freezer. There are two bedrooms on this floor with twin beds and sharing an adjacent bathroom. These two bedrooms can be linked and each can accommodate up to four children.


The first floor access is enabled by a wooden staircase. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, one with fireplace and all with private bathrooms with shower and one with bathtub.


On the second floor there is a small office and a large terrace with spectacular sea views. The villa also offers a garage with room for two vehicles and a small games room with pool table.


Outside the large private pool is surrounded by expansive landscaped gardens and can be heated against an extra charge. There is a barbeque with dining set for alfresco dining while watching the sun go down over the sea.
