Corner Detached House with a Garden. 200 meters to the Beach.

Ground Floor: Living Room (sofa bed), Open kitchenette, Air Conditioner, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, tv, wc, front and back doors, garden.

First Floor: 2 Bedrooms (1double bed, 2 single beds, and wardrobes ). Bathroom (shower and wc) washing machine, front and back balconies. Air conditioner and a large ceiling fan. Solar Energy, hot water 24 hours.

Further, 1 person can sleep on the sofabed on the ground floor.

New bed linen.

Garden: It is a corner house, so 3 sides of the house are surrounded by the garden. There is a built barbecue in the garden. Also, there are mature black fig tree, lemon tree, 3 olives, and pomegranate trees in the garden.

The house is located behind the Golden Rock Hotel, 200 meters from the beach. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, public transport etc within walking distance; Tuesday Veg and Fruit market within 5 minutes walking distance. The town center is 2 km. This is the top location in Marmaris..

Nearest Airport is Dalaman, 99 km and takes 1,5 hour by coach transfer, which is available 24 hours at the Dalaman Airport. The seats are booked according to the flight details for £10 each person. The coach is from the Airport to the house. It is a completely hassle free service.
