Constructed in 2015, this spacious villa is located in the Oz district of Islamlar Village, a short 8 - 10 minutes drive, (6 km), from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. Situated in an elevated spot surrounded by greeenery, this villa provides a high degree of privacy particularly around its pool. The pool dimensions are 8 x 4 metres, the dept is 1.6 metres.

The accomodation consists of a very large and well-equipped open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area on the ground floor, which has direct access onto the pool / dining terrace. The pool terrace itself has a dining area, BBQ, sunbeds and parasols. Inside there is ample furniture for large groups including comfortable seating groups and a large dining tables. There are four double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms on the other floors. There are four en-suite bathrooms, and two communal bathrooms in the villa. The two bedrooms on the top floor share one of these bathrooms. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and has wi-fi internet. The top floor bedrooms open onto a enormous roof terrace with a seating are from which guests can soak in the panoramic sea views.

Set in a location with luscious greenery, this villa provides a peaceful pastoral location for families to spend their holidays in peace and quiet, but yet is only a short distance from the more lively atmosphere of Kalkan. Whilst not absolutely necessary, it is recommended that guests have the use of a vehicle to be able to get out and about. The nearest grocers shop is 1 km way and there are several restaurants not too far from the villa. Several of these shops and restaurants also offer a free delivery service to villa customers.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
