The villa has just been built and furnished, so far it has not yet been used, so the first that will rent it will have the exclusive priority. It is on two floors. On the ground floor there are a living room, kitchen, utility room, two double bedrooms with two bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. The bedrooms are equipped with large walk-in wardrobes, and the beds have been purchased by suppliers of star hotels, thus ensuring a high level of comfort. The kitchen is fully furnished with wooden furniture and latest generation appliances. The hob is induction.
