The apartment is located in the S. area Stae (Sestiere di Santa Croce), in the historic center of Venice. The entrance is independent, overlooking a small Venetian street, with a few steps to access a comfortable space all yours. You will have a living area with table and kitchenette equipped with everything you need, bathroom with shower, washing machine, hairdryer and towels, and bedroom (sheets included). All decorated with particular frescoes and a charming period beamed ceiling, which together with the sheltered position between the Venetian streets, gives your accommodation silence and comfort even during the hottest days of the Venetian summers.

You will have the opportunity to stay in a quiet neighborhood, where you can buy what you need, but you will be a 7-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge and 15 minutes from the station, near the Vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal of San Stae (Line 1), from which you can comfortably move also by public transport.
Tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per night not included in the rate, to be paid in cash on arrival. Supplement of € 25.00 for check-in after 10.30pm

I originally come from Treviso mainland, and 15 years ago I moved my business to Venice, where I've been the first one making crepes! "Yellow House" was my first home when I moved my business to Venice. With the growing of my business I finally move to another house in the nearby of my Shop.
I like to rent "Yellow House" to whom wants to live a real Venitian experience and feel such wonderful is living in Venice and it's art and history.

What makes this property unique
I immediately fell in love with "Yellow House" and I make it more comfortable and decorate it with the syle I love, to make it cozy even being small, but it has all the comfort you need to feel like at home. The quiet neighbour, outside tourist crowds, gives it an atmosphere of a real venetian experience, but it's really easy and fast to reach the main tourist attractions.
