This is a gorgeous Sunriver home right on the Woodlands Golf Course with great views of the fairways. It has a private hot tub, a gourmet kitchen, and eight available SHARC passes!

Day trips to tourist darling Bend (17 miles away) and skiing mecca Mt. Bachelor (25 miles away) are both easy.

As you walk into the home, it has a den and a nice TV and a DVD/VCR combo. To the left of the front door there is a large laundry room and office (don't worry, business travelers, WiFi is available). The dining room has seating for eight, and the gourmet kitchen is a cook's dream, with large granite countertops, a gas range, and stainless-steel appliances.

A private hot tub outside lets you soak away your cares after an active day. Also on the deck, there's a gas grill for preparing your fresh-caught fish to flaky perfection. If you feel competitive, there's a Ping-Pong table in the garage!

There is a king master bedroom with a TV, plus a bathroom with soaking tub and stone-tiled shower. Down the hall is the king bedroom, which shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the queen bedroom. The home has a hot tub which is accessed from the living room. This comfortable home will sleep up to eight guests.

Love the layout of this house

This is the second year we've rented this house. Love that it's just one level and sleeps 6 very comfortably. Kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Great for entertaining. We especially enjoyed being on the golf course as we sat out in the early evening watching the golfers go by. We did have a few maintenance issues and had 2 different maintenance folks come by to fix 2 of the toilets. The master toilet needed a new handle (hard to believe it wasn't broken before our arrival) which was replaced by the 2nd maintenance person - however it didn't stop running afterwards. I see this problem noted a year ago so it's something that really needs to be fixed. There is water damage in all 3 bathrooms which was pointed out to maintenance during our stay. Also, the electrical outlets in the hall bathrooms did not work. We tried resetting but they kept popping. Also, the hideabed in the den is broken which apparently was already brought to Vacasa's attention. It probably needs to be replaced. Thia house is so nice, we hope the owners will do some much-needed maintenance to keep it up. Maybe replace all the carpet with tile or wood flooring - or just update the carpet. We would like to rent again, but would like to know the toilets have been fixed or replaced, and other issues resolved.

Poor Condition

Electrical problems in the Jack and Jill bathroom rendered the plugs unusable as we were unable to reset the GFI. The window pane seals have all leaked leaving you a foggy, smeared view of the golf course. They do have a DVD player but it only plays the original DVD format. The master bedroom mattress is like a sheet of plywood and very worn. The ironing board was covered in dirt. We have been staying in homes at SunRiver for twenty years and this home was in the poorest condtion.

Spacious home

This home is nice and spacious for a larger group. We had 4 adults and 4 children and were comfortable. The kitchen and living room were nice and open. A couple recommendations…the pillows were like pancakes, bring your own! The kitchen is minimally stocked and didn’t have very many spices, only one roll of paper towels and a couple trash bags and no paper plates. Be prepared to make a run to the store to buy supplies.

Great golfing destination. House was comfortable.

Nice house, nice location. However, some small issues. I had to fix the ice maker to get it working. House was superficially clean. But, lots of Black hair on the Master bath counter. As well as in the shower drain. Not my hair or color!

Beautiful home on the golf course. Above Par!

This home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spectacular...equipped with 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 2 sinks, a walk-in liquor pantry, wine refrigerator and just about every cooking utensil you could think of. Plenty of plates, glasses, cups, etc. Each shower had 2 shower heads, although the rain shower head did not work in one of the showers. There were plenty of lights in every room. Most on dimmers so you could set whatever ambience you desired. There was a nice patio with a grill, hot tub, tower heat lamp and a great view of the golf course. I counted 9 deer out there one morning! We had fun with the ping pong table in the garage. There was a couple of maintenance issues. The outlets in one of the bathrooms didn't work and we had to fix the toilet in the other bathroom to keep it from running. I would not hesitate to stay there again.
