Spring Break 2022

Great location for our family to explore Melrose District, Hollywood, and surrounding areas We greatly enjoyed use of the outdoor lanai space! Jack - the property manager - was very responsive and highly personable!

Relaxing getaway

Our family of four had an amazing time in the property. The backyard is a beautiful oasis and the house is modern and comfortable. Everything is top of the line. Avi was also very responsive and helpful when we had questions or requests. Highly recommend!

Hollywood Hills Oasis: Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at Avi's house. Avi was an excellent communicator, very responsive and extremely nice to deal with. The house was even better than as photographed and unusually in LA was beautifully furnished & decorated with the owner's own furniture, art and accessories, rather than the rash of LA rentals with cheap, cold and lifeless furniture and interiors. There was even a mini grand piano! The house and gardens were immaculately kept. The kitchen was very well stocked and there was nothing we felt was missing. For me the highlights were the light-filled bedroom, with brass four poster at the front of the house with its little terrace and koi carp pond and fountain; and the wonderful outdoor patio at the back, with outdoor lounge, TV and heaters. The house is extremely quiet and serene though so close to Hollywood Blvd and all amenities (such as Bristol Farms a few mins away.) It was a perfect place to call Home for a few weeks and we would most certainly return.

This is the place to be

Fantastic house, very tasteful designed mansion. We had some troubles with the jacuzzi, but Avi sent immediately the pool guy to fix it. When you are planning to visit West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal City and even Venice, this house feels like it is in the middle of all these places.
