Appartement idéalement situé

Appartement idéalement situé, à proximité de deux petites plages où l'on peut se baigner sans souci et avec vue sur la mer. On peut facilement se rendre à pied au centre de Collioure (30 minutes) et de Port-Vendres (20 minutes). L'appartement est relativement petit, mais bien équipé et très fonctionnel - avec notamment un balcon où l'on peut sans problème manger à quatre. Bref, nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Un bel appartement dans un cadre superbe.

Que des bonnes à dire sur cette location. - Emplacement idéal à 20 min à pied de Collioure, 10 min de Port-Vendres et 5 min du Lidl. C'est simple : la voiture n'a pas bougé du parking des 2 semaines. - 2 plages adorables à moins de 5 minutes. - Une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis la terrasse avec des levers de soleil de cinéma. Les équipements de l'appartement sont complets et fonctionnels (le frigo commence à accuser son âge mais fonctionne bien). Peut être un petit manque de rangement pour les vêtements mais rien de grave). Arrivée et départ gérés d'une main de maître par Pascal avec le sourire malgré le monde. Bref, nous avons adoré et je recommande cette location qui, si elle n'est pas donnée, est largement à la hauteur du prix. Nous gardons précieusement l'adresse.

Preis-Leistung io bis gut (Erfahrungen von 14 Tagen Aufenthalt)

Trotz Überbauung und vielen Nachbarn angenehmes Nebeneinander, vorwiegend Einheimische, freundlich, viele spielende Kinder. Der Motorenlärm der nahen Küstenstrasse kann stören. Lage Wng. top, schön, liebevoll eingerichtet, Wohnteil grosszügig. Sehr heiss (nachts 27 - 30 Grad), einzig zwei Ventis (stark Staubbeschichtet - habe ich zuerst gereinigt) zur Klimaverbesserung. Durchzug begrenzt möglich. Balkon für vier Personen von Grösse her gerade noch genügend. Schattierung mit Sonnenschirm möglich, ist vor Ort. Wenig Infrastruktur für Kleiderlagerung (Schränke, Bügel), insbesondere in Galerieraum ganz fehlend. Sauberkeit der Wng. auf ersten Blick io. Nasszellen sehr sauber. Staubbeutel von Staubsauger voll, übel riechend. Es hatte jedoch Ersatz zum wechseln. Küche: Utensilien, Geschirr, Besteck teils schmuddelig, zweckmässige, genügende Ausstattung. Geräteausstattung dafür ausreichend, gut. Kühlschrank hatte bei den hohen Temperaturen mit seiner Kühlleistung Probleme. Es hat jedoch alles funktioniert. Dampfabzug gleiches Bild wie bei den Ventis. TV, Radio haben auch funktioniert. Insgesamt haben wir uns in dem Logis zu Hause gefühlt. Collioure und Port Vendre gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Fahrzeiten und Haltestationen Ein-Euro-Bus für uns unpassend. Fisch; Kleiner Fischmarkt in Port Vendre sehr empfehlenswert. Täglich geöffnet ca. 08:30 - 11:30 Uhr. Rückerstattung Kaution sehr umständlich. Mehrere Mailkontakte waren nötig bis die Rückzahlung funktioniert hatte (formelle Schwierigkeiten).

location très agréable

Le logement est très agréable à vivre, avec une vue sur la mer superbe. Situé près de Collioures, et de Paullilles que nous adorons, et proche de l'Espagne, Il est idéalement situé. Logement Calme, et l'accueil très sympatique. Merci, adresse que je conserve.
