From the combined living and dining room you have ocean views through 3 large bay windows. The skylight windows provide a lot of natural lighting. Whether hot or cold you can adjust the temperature through the aircondition, energysaving heat pump and a wood-burning stove. The bedrooms have respectively 2 3/4 double beds and 1 wide bunk bed. One bedroom also has access to a large mezzanine. Sandpit for the children. No letting to youth groups.
