The house has a distinctive design with elegant glass panels that connects the living room with a magnificent view over a large meadow, where seasonal wildlife can be experienced at close watch. A peaceful spot where you can observe both pheasants, raptors, songbirds etc - and during the summer grazing cows in the field. Indoors is an open and bright environment with wooden floors. The house has 2 covered terraces, where you will find shelter, and from where on a summer evening you can enjoy a beautiful sunset in harmony with nature. On the site there are 25 m² carport/tool shed. The house is located in an attractive holiday area with approx. 150 metres to a popular beach with blue flag (2012). In the area there are plenty of opportunities for hiking - including on the famous Gendarmsti approx. 100 metres from the house. For anglers there are many opportunities as the coasts around Broagerland are known for their good sea trout fishing. The shopping happy guests can visit the nearby interesting towns Sønderborg and Flensburg.
