About this property

Ideally located holiday cottage in beautiful surroundings close to the beach. The decor is pleasant and in harmonious colours. The house has been equipped with sauna and whirlpool. From the living room you have access to a 30 m² terrace, part of which is covered. Underfloor heating in both bathrooms. There is an energy-saving heat pump, which ensures a comfortable climate year round. The heat pump helps to reduce the cost of electricity. The house has benn renovated over a number of years. The house has a large garage. The house is centrally located for trips to e.g. Legoland in Billund, the miniature town in Varde, Esbjerg with Fiskeri- og Søfartsmuseet with a saltwater aquarium and the Sealarium, an ourdoor tank, and Scandinavia's oldest town, Ribe. The town has existed since Viking times, and people have found many traces after the Vikings. Free admittance to water park. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
