As the house has two separate bedroom sections with each their bathroom, it is suitable for two families. There is a large bed loft where children can enjoy themselves. The spacious living room and kitchen is at a central location in the house, and has a convenient set-up. There is a 46" television. Open the doors to the large terraces, from where you can enjoy the morning sun on the east-facing terrace and the evening sun on the covered west-facing terrace. No letting to youth groups.
