Not good

The house was on a steep hill we were not told of that and the house was not very clean beds and matresses were all stained sofa was dirty no one in 3 weeks came in to give us clean sheets for beds or clean towels cooker top part was grubbylike old stains not cleaned off properly and drawer were cutlery was was dirty

Alloggio non curatissimo ma completo di tutto

L'alloggio è molto grande e completo di tutto ma siccome non è recentissimo dovrebbe essere un po' più curato. Per accedere alla piscina bisogna uscire in strada e fare alcuni metri a piedi. Greg ci ha seguito per il check-in ed è sempre stato disponibilissimo per ogni tipo di richiesta. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'acqua che Greg ha soluzionato brillantemente. Ampia disponibilità per gli orari di entrata e uscita dall'appartamento.

Zona tranquila y casa acogedora

La casa es acogedora, y estaba limpia y con lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Cercana a las playas de la zona y a Mojacar pueblo y Garrucha. Hemos pasado unos días agradables.

we are a retired couple who has been coming to mojacar for the last 32 years and we generally spend the whole winter here We bought a bungalow here in 1988 and sold it 10 years ago We have bought this lovely townhouse and hope to spend many winters here

This property is now big enough when our family come out to visit us We also have wonderful sea and mountain veiws,very relaxing. We only accept families where children are sixteen years of age plus

What makes this property unique

although it is half way up a hill it is easy to walk it,takes four minuets to walk to a large clean sandy beach and three minuets to the nearest bar restuarant A car is advised for anyone not too good at walking
