Perfect place to base yourself for touring

Our host Francesco communicated with us pre the trip and during our stay. Nothing. Was too much trouble. The house has its own security driveway and is less than 1 minutes drive from the edge of Martina Franca. We soon found a favourite cafe for Morning coffee. The vast garden and space inside are perfect for families. We used the washing machine and with the outside washing line it made clothes cleaning easy. We only cooked a few nights as we were exploring the region but found everything we needed when we did cook. If you’re looking for a spacious place with every comfort then choose this place. Francesco will ensure you have a great stay.

Comfortable home, beautifully decorated.

This is a great house. Large rooms, great decoration. Really well equipped kitchen which we enjoyed cooking in and a kind welcome gift. Nice and warm in winter and with a log fire as well. Communication with host was great. We appreciated the cleaner coming mid stay, too - she even did our laundry. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large, private space for parking and it all felt very secure. Two down sides - I felt it wasn't as clean as it could have been as it was a bit dusty. Bathrooms were clean though. Second, it wasn't a great area and further from Martina Franca than we thought. It was a good 22 minute walk to the old town and some of that on roads without pedestrian pavements. There are some decent casual local restaurants nearby but mostly we drove everywhere. Overall a great house though with a good host.

Wonderful relaxing break

We loved the style and ambience of this property. We were able to feel very relaxed and recharge. The facilities are excellent for enjoying cooking a delicious meal at home rither in the kitchen or the BBQ. Beds are comfortable and showerrooms all you need. We loved our stay.

Wunderbare Wohnung in Martina Franca

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden , was man braucht. Die Outdoor Küche und die Terrasse haben uns gut gefallen. Martina Franca ist eine schöne Stadt und guter Ausgangspunkt um Apulien zu erkunden.

Great house, great region to visit

We are a French family of 5 people and we have really enjoyed our stay at Fransesco's house. All the communication before our arrival, during our stay and for our departure was very clear and helpful. We have enjoyed our stay a lot, it was a great discovery of the Poulia region. The house and the garden are really great, very well equipped and nicely decorated. To be recommended
