About this property

For rent, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, duplex apartment (120 sqm) atypical in a mountain chalet, completely renovated old wood.
The chalet is on the road Ys, which goes up to the Pleney (Morzine) cable car, it is very close to the golf of Gets (accessible on foot) and in a hamlet of 4 chalets, in full nature, the tracks of VTT are next, as well as multiple hiking departures.

The chalet has a terrace equipped with large table, chairs, relax, umbrella and barbecue.

The 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and a toilet are on the ground floor. They all have a closet and a double bed (160/200).
The floor is a vast open space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), separated by a bar from the dining area (large table for 10 guests), at the end is the living room with a large fireplace and 3 sofas including a convertible (140/200).

Satellite TV (TNT SAT), 50 '' flat screen with HTPC (Intel NUC) available.
Satellite Internet with Wi-Fi (15 GB available, rechargeable: 20 € for 15 GB)

A folding bed of one person is also available.

The cottage is accessible by road and you can park the vehicles in front.
