About this property

New opening. The apartment is very bright and welcoming with modern design. Close to the airport and the city center, very close to the Court and the University, nightlife and the Fiera del Levante, it is well served by public transport and with a nice walk you can easily reach the Lungomare and the shopping streets.
Suitable for couples, families and business travelers. Suitable for those who want to discover the beauty of this city and Puglia.
The apartment is located in a central area with all services. The kitchen is fully equipped, with microwave and espresso machine. The apartment has a romantic mezzanine well furnished with a double bed, while in the living area a double sofa bed completes the total 4 beds.
The apartment is located on the second floor and to access it you have to climb two flights of very easy stairs. The lift will also be available soon.
Upon request, I can organize for my guests, trips to places of greatest interest, both cultural and entertainment. It will be possible to visit the most beautiful beaches in Puglia including Salento, and with special rates it will be possible to book umbrellas and sunbeds in the most beautiful beaches of our coasts.
The apartment is completely renovated and is brand new and tastefully decorated. Cleaning of the apartment and change of linen every 3 days.
The apartment is located in a neighborhood where nothing really is missing and above all near our beautiful sea.
You can park freely nearby but if my guests request it they will be able to take advantage of a private parking with special rates with the structure.
It is possible to use public transport, but on foot you can reach all the places of interest. We are close to the Petruzzelli Theater, Via Sparano (shopping street), the Historic Center, the Fiera del Levante, the Bari Court and above all we are close to the sea and the city beaches.
For guests who request it, I offer free shuttle to and from the airport.
