Why Property Manager chose 16th Arrondissement
A well-appointed French-style two-bedroom apartment on one of the safest streets in Paris has to offer due to the number of embassies surounding the area and steps away from Bois de Boulogne, one of the largest parks in Paris.

Location and condition of suite good.
However, there was major demolition and construction going on from 8:00 AM-4:00PM for the majority of our stay in the unit below us. The walls and floors in our unit vibrated with the power equipment vibrating, sawing, and pounding. The noise was so disruptive, even table conversations were very difficult. This activity made our stay very uncomfortable. It was so loud that we contacted the property management the first morning. They responded quickly and said, they contacted the owner re: the situation- we never heard any reply from the owner (we were booked in for a week). We strongly believe that with the extent of construction going on in the unit below, the owner would have had advance notice of the planned work. From that that belief, we feel that the owner took incredible advantage of their rental and would advise any future renters to be very careful in dealing with this owner. Jim and Joanna
Great little place with a few caveats
It wasn’t quite as advertised. It’s more like an AirBNB in that it’s not a true vacation rental, but rather renting someone’s flat while they are traveling. The bathroom arrangement was well, odd. The master bathroom had no toilet, only a sink and shower. The other bath was a true half bath (toilet and sink). The floors in the hall are quite squeaky and made it difficult to keep children sleeping in the mornings, but overall a good experience.
The location is excellent but, besides cleanliness of the sofa pillows, the hardwood flooring is so old and noisy to the extent that walking on it is annoying, let alone during the nighttime.
Lovely apartment near Champs Élysées, the subway, very good restaurants (from one star Michelin to good and reasonable). Also near grocery store. Very quiet neighbourhood. Loved our stay
A great house in the nicest part of the city
A beautiful apartment in a very well-kept house and in an excellent area. The service around our stay was perfect.
Lived like the locals; close to everything Tourist!
The apartment was great and the location was actually very handy being close to tourist bus stops and attractions with some walking. Clean apartment that worked for four adults. I would have liked a quieter street to have windows open at night but it did have quiet hours from about 2:00am to 6:00am.
