Two spacious rooms, one with a double bed of 150 * 190 and another two single beds (all with high-end visco mattresses). The rooms have bed linen, blankets and comforters.

Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub (provided with towels).

Bright and spacious room with 55 'TV and home cinema system, Apple TV with free Netflix and HBO applications (to watch series, movies and documentaries of your choice), high speed WiFi.

Spacious fully equipped kitchenette, hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker (Nespresso) toaster, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and iron.

We are in the center of Milladoiro-Ames, less than 4km from Santiago de Compostela, near banks, supermarkets, fruit shops, video clubs, gym, Health Center, Shopping Center, etc.
- Connections to the Center of Santiago by urban bus c / 15min.

Great Neighborhood, easy drive or bus into Santiago.

Excellent Visit to Santiago - Highly Recomend

We spent two days exploring Santiago and this apartment was perfect for our trip. New, modern, clean and surrounded by shopping and many places to eat and drink. Vivian was the perfect hostess and worked with our travel schedule with great flexibility and gave great recommendations for local dining. We could park easily and felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. Vivian met us and gave instructions while answering any questions we had. A great experience and a property I would recommend to friends. Thank You Vivian

mooie en nette woning. goed onderhouden. Wel erg lawaairig vanwege het verkeer. Jammer dat er geen airco in de woning is en daarom moesten de ramen open voor een beetje verkoeling, waardoor je last kreeg van het drukke verkeer. Eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede bedden, mooie badkamer. Aan te bevelen!

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en este piso y nuestra experiencia vuelve a ser muy buena. Está todo nuevo, muy limpio y muy bien acondicionado. Destacaría la calidad de las camas, una maravilla para unos días de descanso y la comodidad del mobiliario. Está situado a pocos minutos en coche de Santiago, perfectamente comunicado con todas las salidad para otras provincias y en una zona donde hay servicios pero no hay ruidos. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.

Muy a gusto

Hemos pasado 5 noches en uno de los apartamentos de AlojamientoSantaMaria, en concreto en uno de dos dormitorios en el ático. El apartamento está muy bien, situado en el último piso y con los dormitorios y la cocina abuhardillados , es amplio, nos lo entregaron muy limpio, los muebles y electrodomésticos están en perfecto estado, con ropa de cama y toallas (quizás un poco pequeñas, a mi me gustan las toallas grandes). Muy cerca hay varios supermercados, panaderías, frutería, de todo, hasta un centro de salud (nunca se sabe). Además, cogimos plaza de aparcamiento, con lo cual todavía más cómodo, no creo que sea difícil aparcar por allí, pero todavía es más agradable aparcar en el mismo edificio y al lado del ascensor. Vivian ha sido muy correcta en todo momento, solo la necesitamos el primer día porque necesitábamos pinzas para tender la ropa y nos las trajo al día siguiente. Los niños (y los mayores) disponen de netflix y wifi, que también es muy cómodo. Está situado muy cerca de Santiago (a 10min del centro) y es muy cómodo para hacer excursiones por Galicia. En definitiva, creo que es una opción muy buena para pasar unos días en familia, espero que cuando volvamos por Galicia podamos volver por aquí, ya que hemos estado muy bien.

Se trata de un apartamento bien ubicado a pocos minutos de Santiago, cercano a supermercados y zonas de restauración. Nuevo, muy limpio y cuidado, con todo lo necesario para hacer agradable la estancia. Nosotros hemos estado solo cuatro días, pero hemos podido comprobar que Vivían la propietaria es un encanto. Sin duda lo recomiendo.

Dear Vivian & Franciso We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milladoiro. Many thanks for the ways in whch you put yourself out to help us in a foreign environment. The apartment was modern and although not having all usual conveniences we could see you are building to a better position. Holidays in Milladoiro

We loved the flat. It was quiet and very confortable. The location is also great because it is very close to Santiago and to the road to Corunha and Finisterra. There are lots of facilities around.

Gorgeous flat

We are a family of five, and this apartment was fantastic. It is like a five stars hotel. You have simply everything you need and more. It is very spacious and we were most comfortable in it. It is located in Milladoiro, which is 5 minutes in car away from Santiago. The access to the roads and highways is excellent. There are many supermarkets, stores,banks and restaurants close to the building. The parking is inside the building and it was large enough to our van. We were met by Vivian who was very helpful . I recommend this place.
