House was not clean. Especially floors on a first floor.

Unfortunately , we are not happy with the house. After check out It was not said that we need to pay additional for water, electricity etc. We could not exceed the consumption rate, since we were hardly at home. Just spent the night. We didn't want to complain, but there were many problems in the house and it is simply unacceptable to write off additional funds for us. 1) firstly, please, send a photo of the broken coffee machine. We used it until the last day and everything worked. 2) secondly, there was often a blockage in the sinks. The water pressure in all baths was very weak. 3) And most importantly, when we arrived, the house (the floors) was very dirty. After we walked the 1st floor, all the legs were black. We had to wash the whole house ourselves. When we checked out, we left the house in a cleaner conditions than at check-in. Also the light in the dressing room did not work. The vacuum cleaner also was not working properly.
