Luxury 3 Bedroom Villa, with Sea & Mountain Views

This luxurious three bedroom villa is located in the Akbel district of Kalkan for a maximum of six guests with Secluded Pool, Sauna, Cinema room, & Jacuzzi and only 1.5 km from the centre of Kalkan. The villas pool area has been screened off to give total privacy to the pool, making it suitable for those guests wanting privacy for religious or other reasons. However the screens can be removed if desired
The accommodation comprises of a large open plan lounge / kitchen / dining area which open onto the expansive pool terrace. The generous sized pool is 14 x 4.5 metres and has a depth of 1.55metres. It also has a hydro massage system for guests to enjoy whilst they soak in the views. In addition to this there is a childrens pool, 2 x 2 metres, depth 80 cm. There is an alfresco dining area, sun loungers and bean bags on the terrace - basically everything needed to enjoy your stay. TheThis villa also has a cinema salon, table tennis and table football for its guests to enjoy.

The bedrooms consist of two double and one twin. The master bedroom has been designed for maximum luxury, and has a large jacuzzi and sauna! All the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

The villa is located 50 metres from the nearest grocers shop and 1.5 km from Kalkan beach. Guests would benefit from the use of a vehicle due to the steep nature of Kalkans topography. The villa is fully airconditioned, has wi-fi internet and a garage.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
