About this property

This fabulous villa is located in a quiet area on the coast in the wonderful area of Caleta de Velez.
It is set on 3 levels, where the top is a large roof, with the most amazing view of the sea or where you can sit and watch the wonderful Andalusian sunrises or sunsets.
It has 4 bedrooms, perfect for 6 adults and two kids, it has two bathrooms,living room, large kitchen with everything you need. WiFi, garden, with flowers, several sitting areas.
It has a private pool, that can be heated for winter, for an additional 150 euros a week. The pool also has a hard top on, for safety.
Outside BBQ area.
The villa is a short walk to the beach, port, Street marked shops and the promenade. Torre del Mar is only 3 km away. Baviera golf 1 km away.

Tolle Unterkunft mit schöner Aussicht

Anfragen per Mail wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert. Das Haus ist groß und geräumig, vollständig eingerichtet. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Zu kritisch darf man jedoch nicht sein, sonst wird man enttäuscht -falls eine Lampe nicht funktioniert oder Anstoß an einem fälligen Farbanstrich genommen wird. Uns fehlte nichts! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche mit schönem Wetter, genossen die Zeit im Pool und hatten ausreichende Schlafmöglichkeiten (4 Schlafzimmer)! Die Lage der Villa ist spitze! Der Weg zum Strand nicht weit (5-10 Minuten zu Fuß). In der nahen Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte oder gute und preisgünstige Restaurants, ebenfalls fussläufig erreichbar. So konnten wir den Mietwagen auch mal stehen lassen. Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es genug Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir danken für einen tollen Kurzurlaub und kommen gern wieder!

Sehr schöne Lage und toller Pool

Die Lage des Hauses ist klasse. Der Strand, die Lebensmittelgeschäfte und einige Cafés und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zudem bietet es von den Terrassen aus einen schönen Meerblick. Der Pool ist toll und von den Nachbarhäusern nicht einsehbar. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Vacaciones con amigos y familiares

El alquiler me ha aparecido adecuado con el precio. Lo único que nos hubiera gustado es que se nos hubiera avisado que el jardinero se iba a pasar durante la estancia. Ya que entró sin avisar y nos asustó.
