The apartment is facing south, facing the sea and the Esterel mountains, just 12 minutes walk from the beaches of the South and 10 minutes drive from the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette.

This beautiful residence of only 6 apartments is ideally located in the peace, in the middle of the greenery, on one of the hills overlooking Cannes and the sea.

Our guests will be able to enjoy this magnificent property of 5. 800m² and the swimming pool. Our apartment also has secure parking.

The apartment is composed of 3 rooms including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms +1 WC service, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the pool and the sea and a large garden private 250m2 with direct access to the pool that gives the appearance of a small house.

Our guests also have free access to Wifi, TV and DVD player.

Das Apartment ist in Sachen Substanz und Ausstattung leider nicht so gut in Schuss und sauber, wie die Fotos und bisherigen Bewertungen dies vermuten lassen (zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr und davon nur wenig, loser Mülleimer, defekter Staubsauger, alte und verdreckte Matratzen, Kinderbett gar ohne Matratze, durchgeschwitzte Kopfkissen mit bräunlichen Schweissrändern, fleckige Liegenauflagen, defekte Türschlösser, abgewohnte Möbel mit Gerümpel in den Schubladen usw. und so fort). Der Vermieter ist auf Nachfrage mit etwas Nachdruck jedoch weitestgehend um schnelle und pragmatische Lösungen bemüht. Langsames Internet (2.1 down / 0.75 up). So bleibt: Schöner Blick über den gepflegten Garten aufs Meer und toller Pool, gute Lage. Last but not least: Not worth the money and therefore: disappointing.
