Villa Ginestra is located on a relief approx. 500m as the crow flies from the Sea, surrounded by greenery, enjoying a wonderful view over the whole Costa degli Dei, between the Gulf of St. Eufemia and Tropea. On the horizon, on the clearest days it is possible to admire all the seven Aeolian Islands and in particular the Stromboli volcano which dominates the scene. Spectacular sunsets over the sea and a light and continuous sea breeze will make you appreciate the tranquility of the place and make you enjoy your holiday.

The apartment has a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, terrace with sea view, all furnished and equipped with all comforts, sat-tv included. In the large garden surrounding the Villa, surrounded by olive trees, palm trees and colorful flowers there is also a barbecue area for barbecues.

1 Settimana, 4 ragazzi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è vicina alle spiagge della zona e al centro di Tropea. Abbiamo passato le giornate in spiaggia, quindi la casa l'abbiamo usata giusto per dormire e preparare il pranzo da portare in spiaggia. Abbiamo anche fatto una grigliata una sera. C'è pure lo spazio in cortile per passare un po il tempo, soprattutto la sera, giocando a carte e facendo due chiacchiere. Perfetta e funzionale per chi ama visitare diverse spiagge e spostarsi, ed avere un unico punto di appoggio.
