Beautiful farm located 5 minutes from the beach d'Es Trenc, one of the most beautiful in the world. Very close, only 3 km from the charming town of Ses Salines, with its famous restaurants and shops. Also close to Es Llombards and Santanyí. The house is located on a small hill, in a very quiet area, with a particular road, far from noise, from neighbors. It is a small oasis of peace and tranquility, in full contact with the nature of the Mediterranean climate. The sea breeze of the sea is noticeable, causing a pleasant sensation. The house is about 15 years old and enjoys the character of the old Mallorcan houses, with elements of the architecture of the south of the island. It is fully equipped, with air conditioning and heating. Internet, satellite, music tower, TV, games room (pingpong) (weight training machines) (exercise bike, etc.). Everything for you to enjoy and spend an unforgettable vacation. And I, as the owner, I am always located at your disposal for any questions, problems or issues that may arise.
